Central Deep Woods
There’s a total of 5 Litterbox’s cats in Central Deep Woods.
Location: The Green Witch Catafalque
Note: Upon entering, proceed straight towards the east to discover a concealed area.
Location: West Central Deep Woods
Note: Carefully toss Spritelings onto the small patch of land to ensure their safety. Once they are in place, navigate across the toxic waste, making sure to avoid any harm. Afterward, call the Spritelings to follow you by using a drawing motion.
Location: North of the camp
Requirements: Kirby, Shiverlings, 5 Twiglings
Note: Utilize a kettle bomb to detonate the stone barrier, granting you access to the area beyond. In this area, you will require Shiverlings to demolish the ice rocks, allowing you to gather Twiglings and bring them to Kirby. Throw a minimum of 5 Twiglings onto the small patch of land, then retreat to the location where the ice rocks were and beckon the Twiglings to follow you. Kirby will be able to retrieve them and hurl them towards the plant. Once done, cross the newly formed lilypad bridge to reach the cat.
Location: East of Camp
Utilize the Barblings to shatter the crystals, granting you entry to the area.
Location: Eastern path, leading to Wispwagon
Before accessing this area, it’s necessary to fulfill Aatto’s request, as only the Lunalings can enter. Once you’ve completed Aatto’s task, you’ll gain the ability to proceed to the designated area.
You can only find 1 Litterbox’s cat in this area.
Location: Southwest of Camp
Note: In order to reach this particular cat, you’ll need to repair the broken windmill and unlock the gate. The missing part of the windmill is cleverly concealed, but it’s not far away and can be easily carried by 4 Spritelings. Starting from the cat’s location, head left along the path towards the area where you previously battled the Brimcaps. Keep an eye out for a hidden path along the wall. Follow this path to discover the piece needed to fix the windmill. Once you have it, you can proceed and continue your journey.
In Cystalfall Coast, you’ll also find 1 Litterbox’s cat.
Location: Eastern Cliff on the other side of the camp gate
Note: Raise a group of Barblings and bring them to Kirby’s location. The cat can be found near the log where Kirby emerges. Use the Barblings to shatter the crystal obstructing the way and gain entry to the area where the cat is located.
Frostfields hides a total 2 Litterbox’s cats.
Location: Northwest, in a hidden area
Note: To reach this area, you must first obtain one of the crates required for the story quest. The crate can be moved by gathering a total of 25 Spritelings to clear the path and allow access.
Location: Far East
Note: Navigate through the toxic path with caution and proceed to kick the box to progress further.
Location: East of the warp pad
Requirements: Kettle Bomb
Utilize the Kettle Bomb to demolish the cracked stone obstructing the passage to the area.
Location: West side, near the Torch Throats and crystals
Employ the Barblings to eliminate the crystals that are obstructing the bubbles and log. Once Kirby is positioned on the cliff, employ the bubbles to lift one or more Spritelings up. Then, throw the Spritelings across to reach the cat.
1 Litterbox’s cat can be found in Rattlebrook Gulch.
Location: Southwest Corner
Note: On the southwestern border, there is a concealed pathway that leads to another small area. You can either hop down or descend by climbing the vine wall located to the left of the bush shown in the photo.
And finally, the last Litterbox’s cat can be found on this area.
Location: Start of Game
Note: After acquiring Kirby, return to the starting point of the game. Wake won’t be able to accompany you, so send Kirby through the log passage and proceed all the way to the south. This path does not have any enemies, so there is no need for Spritelings. To the left, you will come across another log passage where you’ll discover a particularly unique cat. Simply kick the box to set it free.
