This guide will be showing you how to get all achievements in Blind Drive.
Story Achievements
The following achievements can be obtained by simply finishing the game.
Blind Driver
Complete the first level without crashing.
Phase II Participant
Take your dedication to science to the next level.
Fugitive from Justice
Escape a police chase.
Shotgun Dodger
Survive a redneck rampage.
Ancient Mariner
Emerge from the deep.
Queen of the Cone
Complete the game.
Gameplay Achievements
Players will need to complete various tasks to earn these achievements. A few of the achievements can be easily missed, so if you want to obtain them, you’ll have to start playing the game over again.
Ice Cream Customer
Your very first truck.
Technically, missable. Simply do that whenever you hear the jingle during the game or after the guy on the phone instructs you to collide with an ice cream truck.
Bicycle Rights Supporter
Collect 5 bicycles in one session.
Chapter 4 introduces bicycles. To earn the accomplishment, simply collide with 5 of them without crashing the vehicle.
Pancake Chef
Get 12 pedestrians in a row.
In Chapter 21 and the hidden town in Scenic Route, pedestrians can be seen. Similar to the bikes, but with a much smaller window of opportunity. You only need to hit at least 12 without getting struck yourself to earn the accomplishment; they don’t even need to be in a row.
Chopper Bopper
Take down a helicopter.
Chapter 26 contains the helicopter. Avoid the automobiles and bullets as you wait for Grandma to signal you to go. You must always be aware of the direction the helicopter is traveling. Turn completely to the side where the helicopter is after Grandma starts speaking, then wait until she fires her rocket launcher. He must be hit three times before he falls.
Secret Achievements
8-bit Gamer
It’s all about those coins.
Chapter 10: Getting Through
Technically, this may be done in any chapter before to Chapter 10, but I discovered that Chapter 10 had a reliable spawn. What you need to do is keep an eye out—or better yet, keep an ear out—for an automobile with a man screaming “WOOOHOOOO.” You must strike him.
If you do strike him, an adorable 8-bit minigame will start where you hold left or right to gain a ton of points. Change to the other side whenever the first side stops awarding points.
Chicken Salad
Just like Grandma used to make.
Chapter 13: Animal Farm
Several agricultural animals must be avoided in this chapter. Drive into a chicken when you hear it and hold to score a lot of points.
Dolphin Smoocher
Get hit by a dolphin.
Chapter 16: With The Fishes
You’ll hear the sound of an approaching dolphin at the beginning of the chapter (or at any other time during the underwater part). Donnie will say that perhaps hitting it will be helpful. Try it.
Scenic Route
Taking in the view.
Chapter 23: Pick This Up
The GPS needs to be carefully considered. As soon as it says, “Let’s see… turn,” turn the opposite way that it indicates. You’ll enter a tiny village with a large number of pedestrians.
Fudge Time
Get hit by a Kamikaze Fudge Squad biker.
Chapter 25: Fudge Squad
A Kamikaze Fudge Squad biker should be the first foe in this chapter. Drive into them to complete the task.
Scoring and Completion Achievements
Points Club, Silver Member
Get 100 points.
On your first try, you ought to be able to finish this one without any problems. To score points, strike bicycles, chickens, ice cream trucks, and pedestrians.
Points Club, Gold Member
Get 500 points.
Although much more difficult, this one is totally possible. Play the game from the beginning and try to obtain 8-bit Gamer; you should succeed by the underwater area.
Points Club, Platinum Member
Get 1,000 points.
Play at least on Normal, but Hard is preferred. Hit every pedestrian, ice cream truck, chicken, and bicycle. Obtaining Scenic Route and 8-bit Gamer is essential. Good fortune.
10k Freewheeler
Drive 10k without crashing.
If you start a new game, you should get this in chapter 8. Play on Easy if you’re struggling.
50k Ace
Drive 50k without crashing.
This task is quite challenging. The scores aren’t important in this case; what matters is navigating from the beginning of the game to Chapter 22. I strongly suggest selecting the Easy mode for gameplay. It could be beneficial to collide with ice cream trucks along the way. The trickiest part comes during the underwater segment, as it’s the sole instance where failing to collide could result in death. Keep a lookout for the positions of the buoys.
No-Crash Completionist
Complete the game in one session without crashing.
This one might seem tougher, but despite how it might seem impossible, achieving this simply needs some patience. When you come across parts that trouble you, give them another shot before attempting this particular challenge. Opt for the Easy mode. Keep in mind that the game provides you with plenty of chances to regain health (every 20 points, by hitting bikes and ice cream trucks). So, all you need to do is stay composed and avoid unnecessary risks. If you manage to earn this accomplishment, you’ll unlock rewards like 10k Freewheeler, 50k Ace, Points Club, Silver Member, and Points Club, Gold Member. Even if you choose the Easy mode, you might still need 8-bit Gamer or Scenic Route for the Gold Member achievement.
No-Hit Perfectionist
Complete the game in one session without getting hit even once.
By far the toughest accomplishment in the game is managing not to take any hits. That means you have to avoid collisions with bicycles, chickens, and pedestrians, and you can’t mess up in the “8-bit Gamer” level. Interestingly, you’re allowed to be hit by ice cream trucks. This challenge demands a whole lot of patience. On the bright side, if you skip through the dialogues, you can finish the entire game in about 40 minutes.
