This guide will show you some of the most useful tips and tricks that you can use to beat all bosses in The Brew Barons.
Ship
To defeat the ship boss, aim for its air vents, which are located in pairs on each side of the ship.
The vents at the rear will be shielded at some point. To open them up, target the smaller ships; they’ll collide with the boss, revealing the vents for you to target.
Keep an eye out for turrets deployed by the boss on the island; destroy them to weaken its defenses.
Plane
When facing the plane boss, target its wing engines, with two weak points on each side, accessible from above and below.
Later on, the top two weak points become protected. You can reveal them by hitting a sliding mechanism on the plane’s top.
Beware of the boss’s wide area of effect (AoE) attack from above. It lasts for about 6 seconds before ceasing, allowing you to resume attacking safely.
Additionally, the boss sends out smaller planes, which you can shoot down if needed, although they can often be ignored. These shot planes regenerate after a period.
Zeppelin
The boss zeppelin contains three weak points within it.
To infiltrate the zeppelin, you must draw red balloons near the small air intake vents. These red balloons will attach to you as they approach, causing you to slow down.
Once all three air intake vents are blocked, the front hatch will open, allowing you to enter and target the three spinning ring-like weak points inside.
Beware, the zeppelin releases numerous balloons equipped with cannons, but they can be destroyed with your shots.
Submarine
The submarine features four weak points: one at the front, one at the back, and two on the sides.
The front and back weak points can be promptly destroyed with your shots. However, the side weak points require exposure. To reveal these side weak points, aim at a barrel-shaped weight atop the submarine, causing it to tilt sideways. This action exposes the weak point on the side that the submarine leans away from. Due to the peculiar hitbox, destroying these side weak points may take a few attempts.
Throughout the battle, the submarine dives and reappears at various locations unpredictably.
Assisting the boss are smaller submarines, but they are easily dispatched.
Both the boss and the smaller submarines launch homing missiles at you. These missiles have poor turning capabilities, making them easily evaded by flying in circles and boosting away. Alternatively, if you fly beneath a missile, it plunges straight into the sea. Missiles self-destruct after a period if they fail to hit you.
Last Boss
This final boss comprises multiple stages and weak points.
Begin by targeting the two engines at the rear of the hovercraft. This action reveals another weak point beneath the craft. Shoot it to prompt the hovercraft to dispense ammunition, which you can collect for a subsequent stage of the fight.
In the second stage, focus on shooting the four engines at the front. This exposes two more weak points, one on each side at the front.
Following this, a flying market zeppelin enters the boss arena. Gather the dropping ammo from beneath the boss and dock with the market zeppelin.
Use the cannon on the market zeppelin to aim at and fire upon the two weak points atop the boss. Press the “Action” button to fire, but if it doesn’t respond, try holding down the button.
