SPRAWL Tweaks
To make your visuals clearer and improve anti-aliasing, gamma, and other tweaks, add the following text to your Engine.ini file that can be fond in this directory:
Appdata/Local/SPRAWL/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/Engine.ini
This should reduce the pitch-black appearance of dark levels.
