Most achievements are simply unlocked while playing the game. Nothing is missable as everything can be done in level select.
Play through every level reading all 47 journals and try to be as efficient as possible for the 3-star rating. Use level select to clean up anything left over afterwards.
Escape the Admirals trap
Unlocks part way through the first level.
Succesfully solve your first puzzle with a time clone
Again, unlocks part way through the first level.
Getting in the Grove
Finish the first 3 levels
Unlocks after completing Level 3 – Key Competence.
Solve the first Temporality fielded puzzle
Unlocks after the third puzzle in Level 5 – Stellified.
Finish the first 5 levels
Unlocks after completing Level 5 – Stellified.
Finish the first 8 levels
Unlocks after completing Level 8 – Consent.

Unlocks after interacting with the system in Level 11 – Genie in a Bottle.
Master of the Paradox
Solve the first paradox puzzle
Unlocks after completing the second puzzle in Level 11 – Genie in a Bottle.
Finish the first 12 levels
Unlocks after completing Level 12 – Responsibility.
Get the RFID code to escape
Unlocks after interacting with the system at the end of Level 13 – Dependencies.
Finish the whole game.
Unlocks after completing Level 14 – Bye.
Beating the game with 2 Stars
Beating the game with 3 stars
The stars rating awarded at the end of a level is purely based on the “Time points” (blue bar at the top of the screen) remaining when a completing a level. Time taken doesn’t matter. Play efficiently and rewind to redo sections if needed. These can also be unlocked in level select.

Specific locations are guided below. Journals only save on completing a level. Despite the icon, there are 47 journals in the game.
Finish a level in below 3 minutes
3 minutes is based on the timer in the corner, and not real time. I believe this can be done on most levels but probably better to do it in an early level since those puzzles are simpler.

Use the maximum number of Time clones to solve a puzzle
There’s a limit of 11 Time clones per level. Simple use all eleven on any level. I don’t think you need to actually solve a puzzle to unlock it.
Journal Locations (Level 1-7)
Journal 1: On the sofa right before choosing one of two paths to go down.
Journal 2: After passing the moving platform, there’s a large open room. On the first table at the bottom of the stairs.
Journal 3: On the bench at the back of the room in the same room as the previous journal.
Journal 4: In the room with the green key button.
Journal 5: In the final puzzle room with the blue button that moves the platform.
Journal 6: On a desk in the first puzzle room.
Journal 7: On a table in the room after previous puzzle.
Journal 8: On the sofa in the room after the second puzzle. (
