This guide will tell you how to control your legendary prisoners and keep them from killing everyone and everything in sight.

Preparing for Legendary Prisoners

Before you start loading up your prison with Legendary Prisoners you’ll want to prepare a special section for them to live and you’ll want certain things from the Bureaucracy tree such as, Permanent Punishments, Armed Guards, Patrols and, Deployment. Now you’ll want to build the Legendary Prisoner building; you need to make the cells have a bed, toilet and, shower. The Cell also needs the secure door (I might have the name wrong but its the door with the food flap thing). I also suggest that you have armed guards patrol the cell block in case of emergency.

Moving your Legendary Prisoners in

If you have the Island Bound DLC this part will be very easy for you, you’ll just need a helipad and filter the Legendary Prisoners so that way they’ll ONLY come into the prison through the special Legendary Cell Block. If you don’t have Island Bound I suggest manually looking for the Legendary Prisoner(s) in your prisoner shipments. You’ll need to move the Legendary Prisoners into their cells and then put them in Permanent Lockdown. The guards will feed them through the secure door and they’ll never see the outside world.

If they start fighting you (they will)

If your Legendary Prisoners start fighting your guards I suggest that you turn on “Free Fire” so that way they don’t destroy your prison and kill your staff. You can also take more precautions than the ones mentioned in this guide. Some of these other precautions would be; (1) having two large jail doors with quick access from a road or helipad so that way Riot Police, Paramedics or, Fire Fighters can quickly get into the building, (2) having other prisoners stay clear of that area by making it staff only and having guards patrol the entrance, or (3) Having the sniper towers around the area and maybe a moat to slow down Legendary Prisoners making a run for it.

That's everything we are sharing today for this Prison Architect guide. This guide was originally created and written by The Man With The Guillotine. In case we fail to update this guide, you can find the latest update by following this link.
