The developer of Power Network Tycoon has released a new update for the game on April 2, 2024. Here are the new things that you should expect to see or change on this new update. This information was curated directly from the official announcement on Steam.
This update includes changes to the following:
- Removed old substation UI instances when adding EMF shield (which could cast shadows after closing UI)
- Fixed bug where IR camera won’t show a substation texture if the mouse was over it while IR camera was turned on
- Added ‘Modify EMF Shielding’ button to asset modification of substation
- Can click a load’s name under ‘Modify Load’ within substation UI to zoom in on load location
- Fixed bug where EPR calculation problems occur when no loads are nearby
- When equipment failure occurs, camera now rotates to look at fault
- Missions without timers will start by showing N/A rather than 00:00
- Fixed bug that occurs when showing substation information in some of the non-english translations
- Loads cannot be destroyed if part of a mission
- Other minor bug fixes
