This guide will show you where and how to get every weapon in the game. Please note that this guide contains spoilers of the game.
Bonnie
Griddle Pan
In the second part of the game, Act 2, you can discover the Griddle Pan for Bonnie. To locate it, head to Dormont and enter the easternmost house in the village. This particular house stands out because it’s the only one without flowers around it. Once inside, look for the Griddle Pan on the shelf next to the stove, the same one shown in the screenshot with Siffrin. If you haven’t obtained the Griddle Pan this way and it’s not in your possession, try again in the next loop. However, checking the shelf in subsequent loops won’t have any effect, and it won’t increase your Weird Points.
Wok
You can discover the Wok in the kitchen room of the House on [ADD FLOOR]. To find it, explore the kitchen area. If you interact with the sink during later loops, a time glitch occurs, and you’ll receive one Weird Point. Bonnie will draw attention to a whole potato in the sink during this interaction.
Siffrin
Garden Scissors
You can locate Siffrin’s Garden Scissors starting from Act 2 in the gardening room of the House. To obtain them, interact with the cabinet that Siffrin is facing in the provided screenshot. Revisiting the cabinet in later loops causes a minor time glitch and grants you one Weird Point.
KeyKnife/KnifeKey
The game provides guidance on obtaining a special weapon. If you forget, after getting the unsharpened KeyKnife for the first time and inquiring during each loop on how to sharpen it (either through Call Loop craft or by chatting in Dormont under the Favor Tree), you need to locate the sharpening stone on Floor 1 in the armory.
Once you have the sharpening stone in your inventory, attempt to sharpen the KeyKnife again. The attempt will fail, and your party will remind you that you tend to mumble while sharpening or carving. To refresh your memory on sharpening and carving techniques, loop back to Floor 2 and go to the Trap Building Room (where all the big boulders are). On a table in that room, you’ll find the carving tools.
After obtaining the carving tools, you can loop back to Floor 3 or proceed with the game as usual. You’ll then be able to effectively sharpen your KeyKnife into the KnifeKey. The KnifeKey will remain in your inventory after cutting through the King’s hair, but you’ll need to sharpen it again for subsequent loops. The game will explain this to you right after acquiring the KnifeKey.
Mirabelle
Needle Sword
You can get Mirabelle’s Needle Sword starting from Act 2 in the armory room on Floor 1. There’s a sword mounted on the wall, and if you interact with it, a dialogue will initiate. Mirabelle will eventually take the sword. (Refer to the screenshot which shows the wall after the sword has been taken.)
On later loops, examining the sword mount in the armory will cause a time glitch and award you one Weird Point.
Isabeau
Papier-mache Hands
Isabeau’s Papier-mache Hands can be discovered in the art room on Floor 3. By interacting with the shelf that Siffrin is facing in the provided screenshot, you’ll initiate dialogue, and Isabeau will acquire the Papier-mache Hands.
However, be cautious on subsequent loops. Engaging with the shelf again will cause a time glitch, awarding you one Weird Point. Additionally, in these subsequent loops, Tonics will replace the weapon on the shelf.
Odile
First Issue
To obtain the First Issue, you must complete the quest for the Castle-Loving One (or “book lover”). Start by locating the final issue of “The Cursing of Chateau Castle,” which is issue #87, in the House of Change. After looping back with issue #87 as the last-seen issue, inform the villager about the issue number. They will inquire about the ending, prompting you to revisit the House of Change and interact with issue #87 to gather the information.
On this loop, point out issue #87 to Mirabelle, and she will read and summarize the ending for you. In the next Dormont loop, share the conclusion with the villager to receive the First Issue as a reward. Be cautious in subsequent loops, as revealing the ending to the villager might cause a time glitch, although it’s unclear if this increases Weird Points.
Heavy Book
The Heavy Book is located in the House’s library on Floor 2. By interacting with the book on the table, the one that Siffrin is facing in the provided screenshot, you’ll initiate dialogue, and Odile will take possession of the Heavy Book.
However, be cautious in subsequent loops. Interacting with the Heavy Book again will trigger a time glitch, awarding you one Weird Point. Isabeau will notice that something is peculiar in this situation.
