The RC race pays $20 if you finish in less than 1 minute and 15 seconds (A total waste of time for the money it gives).

The golf game is right behind the warehouse, and while it costs $5 to play, it pays you $15 if you score in less than 5 hits (a profit of $10), and with each game lasting less than ten seconds, this is the best way to earn money.
You can get a hole in one if you aim correctly and use the proper strength, but it does not provide any extra cash.
Car Flip Looting
The cheesy way to flip cars on the road with your Broom; once flipped, the cars can’t move and you can lockpick all the cars that get stuck.
Make sure to move the flipped car after the entry road to your gas station so you can continue to sell fuel. If cars stop spawning or if you have lockpicked all the cars, simply move the car away, letting them go, and then put it back in to trap the new ones.
Bonus Cheese
So if you go to the golf game and spam the left and right mouse buttons, you lose 5$ when you start the game but then earn the 15$ you should only get if you reach the goal, because it appears that winning and canceling the golf game gives the same rewards.
