This guide will guide you on how to eat 50 times in a single run and snag the elusive Glutton achievement in Fantasy Survivors.
Intro
The initial point to grasp is that when you break pots in the game, you’ll receive one of three potential outcomes:
- Nothing
- Gold
- Food
For this achievement, I’ll provide a comprehensive strategy to maximize your chances of success. While it’s not the sole method to attain the achievement, it’s certainly the most efficient approach we’ve identified, requiring the fewest attempts. Let’s dive right in!
Explanation
First and foremost, it’s crucial to grasp that you’ll receive Gold Bags after maxing out all your items. There are two artifacts, Lockpicks (with only one level) and Phoenix Egg (with just two levels), which can expedite this process. These artifacts save you a total of 7 levels, which can be the deciding factor in the success of your run, given the element of chance in the game.
Secondly, prioritize leveling up the Exp Tome and Loot Rake artifacts as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that the objective is to max out your items as swiftly as you can, and more experience translates to faster item levels. If you’ve achieved 75 in-game achievements, you’ll gain access to Yellow Auras, potentially granting you an Exp Earned 8% bonus (refer to the Aura guide for possible rolls). Avoid equipping an artifact that belongs to a set, as when it reaches max level with your full set equipped, it will attach to your gear and open up another artifact slot. This wastes 5 levels, so it’s not advisable. You can use the necromancer set since it doesn’t have a Set artifact.
Thirdly, kickstart your run on the caverns map. We choose the Caverns map because it offers approximately 155 pots for you to smash, increasing your chances of obtaining food. The better your RNG (Random Number Generator) luck with the pots yielding food, the less you’ll have to rely on RNG for leveling up later on. With a bit of luck, you can potentially collect around 43-47 pieces of food just from pots on average! The remaining pieces of food come from maxing out your gear, which offers a chance to be offered food.
Lastly, to achieve the highest number of kills for the maximum experience gain, employ the following build:
- Javelin
- Void Ring
- Necronomicon
- Tangle Bow
- Familiar
- Longbow
