Lawrence (Lust)
- Good Ending: Stop him from killing Sally
- Bad Ending: Let him kill Sally
Sheriff (Gluttony)
- Good Ending: Rat him out
- Bad Ending: Go along with it
Mayor (Greed)
- Good Ending: Rival wins the election
- Bad Ending: Mayor wins the election
Kyle (Sloth)
- Good Ending: Put the pills in the moonshine keg
- Bad Ending: Put the pills in Momma’s glass
Star (Envy)
- Good Ending: Low-risk surgery
- Bad Ending: High-risk surgery
Burt (Pride)
- Good Ending: Make the sign say anything other than “BURT”
- Bad Ending: Make the sign say “BURT”
Ending #1 – The Bad Ending
- Either don’t complete all of the main six questlines or have a mix of good and bad endings for each questline.
- Finish the game with Bad Karma.
Ending #2 – Maggie’s Demise
- Either don’t complete all of the main six questlines or have a mix of good and bad endings for each questline.
- Finish the game with Good Karma.
Ending #3 – The Devil Ending
- Achieve the Bad Ending in all six questlines.
- Finish the game with maximum Bad Karma.
- Shoot Bruce.
Ending #4 – The Angel Ending
- Achieve the Good Ending in all six questlines.
- Finish the game with maximum Good Karma.
- Don’t shoot Bruce (shoot the lock on the door instead).
