- 01:26 In E3M2 Get the book page from Super Secret
- 01:41 In E3M3 Talk to Captain at the start of the level to go to E3MX
- 01:50 In E3MX Ring all 4 bells in the level
- 02:25 In E3MX Get book page from Super Secret
- 02:34 In E4M6 Get book page from Super Secret
- 02:47 In E5M4 Reenter the level after defeating the boss and use the book (from the level select screen)
