This game doesn’t have quest markers or a journal to keep track of NPC dialogue. So, I’ve made this guide for those who need help keeping up with the plot or don’t want to rush through the 9-day timer.
Controls and Tips
To beat those tricky enemies and guardians, try staying out of their sight and hurling projectiles at them from a safe distance.
- To recharge your energy, simply hold down the R key and then hold down the right mouse button.
- Don’t forget, you can execute a quick dash by pressing the G key.
- For transforming, hold down the R key and then hit the F key.
- Once you’ve unlocked it, you can zoom through space at warp speed when flying outside a planet’s orbit. Just boost by holding down shift, then engage warp speed by holding down the space bar.
Beginning the Game
When you begin your adventure, you’ll find yourself in the valley. After chatting with the NPCs, your task will be to clear out the castle. Before tackling the castle, gather some flowers and take out the enemies along the way. Inside the castle, you’ll discover two chests and a dragonstone, which serves as a useful energy source early in the game. Once you’ve vanquished all foes, a cutscene will trigger, directing you toward the coastal ruins and the dojo.
Now, backtrack to the path and veer right (or left if you’re facing from the hut where you spawned) toward the Haunted Forest. Ignore most enemies and head to the far-right entrance, leading you to the dojo. Don’t enter the dojo yet; instead, continue straight past the platform until you spot a cave entrance leading to a valley. In this valley, you’ll encounter a Dragon. To defeat it easily, stay near the valley entrance and bombard it with bombs until it’s defeated, ensuring it can’t retaliate. Afterward, converse with the dojo master, who will present you with several challenging tasks.
For the ball-catching challenge, maneuver around to memorize its path, then swing wide around the ball to stop its motion and get ahead of it. In the target practice challenge, equip the new fury spell and aim for the targets. It may take time, but try to use only 1-2 shots per cube.
Now, you have two options: face the guardian or head to the coast. It’s recommended to confront the guardian first. Return to the haunted forest from the dojo and take the first right, leading to the guardian gate. Save at the gate, then identify the guardian’s location. Move straight ahead and to the left up on the ridge to spot the guardian, but expect to be instantly defeated. Reload your save and approach from the right ridge, using your fury strike from a distance. If executed correctly, the guardian won’t move or attack, allowing you to pummel it until defeated.
Coastal Quest
Upon reaching the coastal ruins, which are located on the northwest side of the map, speak with the woman in charge who will task you with clearing out the bunker. Before entering the bunker, scout along the pathway leading to the ruins for a chest containing a new spell, possibly called Machine Strike(?). Additionally, you’ll find the hoverboard in a chest near the bunker entrance. Once inside, turn around and proceed deeper into the bunker, eliminating all enemies along the way. Take a right to encounter a witch who requests an amulet. Continue deeper on the right side to reach a large room inhabited by a troublesome ghost-like creature. You can exploit a trick by luring it into the room and then retreating to the hallway, where it will get stuck at the entrance, allowing you to attack it freely. Retrieve the amulet and clear the left side using the same tactic. Eventually, you’ll face a main boss beyond a broken bridge (simply jump it). Defeat him, triggering a cutscene or event, then thoroughly explore the rest of the bunker.
After completing the bunker, you’ll unlock the witch quest. Her hut is situated on a ridge southwest of the haunted forest. She’ll request a body armor, which is located beneath the dojo platform (create a hole with flight to the left of the platform, then navigate to the center where you’ll find it). Next, she’ll ask for the relic heart, found beneath an ore outside the village near the spiral floating islands. You can refer to a provided photo for the exact location, courtesy of RedNinja25 on the discord channel.
Mid-game
After unlocking flight, your initial move should be to soar towards the warp gate island, located furthest to the south with a tower on it. Descend into the nearby council camp, where you’ll find one part of the warp speed flight unlock you need. Next, venture through the warp gate and fly to the north pole of the moon. Once there, head towards the two-story building at the top and skim its roof where the warp orb is located. If you miss it, swiftly fly inside and grab it. Return through the warp gate and converse with the astronaut, who should grant you warp flight, enabling faster travel to other planets.
Once you can journey to other planets, aim straight for the one adorned with rings around it. This planet, Balu, predominantly features content on its North Pole. Make your way to the space camp, identifiable by its satellites and tall structures, and speak with the man stationed there.
After completing those tasks, while flying, hold down the left mouse button and crash into the ground to create an extra-large crater.
Next, proceed to defeat the guardian in this area:
To defeat the guardian, experiment with your distance from it while flying, as it may only take damage when you’re within a certain optimal range. Maneuver around to avoid its attacks while finding that sweet spot where you can effectively deal damage until it’s defeated.
Later Game (Not finished)
The Tunda Forge location is situated beneath the moon, specifically on the north pole, as depicted in these images:
On planet Agi, another guardian awaits, located on the next desert planet from Balu. Look for a prominent ring on the north pole and a nearby light source, resembling this image:
Defeating this guardian presents a greater challenge, as it boasts a massive aggro range and will aggressively engage you. Perseverance is key, but if you encounter significant difficulties, consider completing other quests to acquire new energies and armors before returning.
Additionally, there’s a black hole positioned between the starting planet and the other Earth-like planet, protected by a barrier. Entering it allows you to absorb the energy of certain planets and stars using the absorb skill.
