Then, venture to the deepest part of the cave west of Monkey Woods outside Qinghe village. There, locate the exotic golden scorpion and deliver it to Liu Mayi to access the Medicine Saint route.
Yia Vang Route
Embark on the Yia Vang Route by heading to the cave above Monkey Woods outside Qinghe village without entering other routes.
Defeat the boss within the cave and offer the golden scorpion to Yia Vang.
Continue by engaging in the [SIDE QUEST] The Scorpion Envoy.
Poison Merchant Route
To initiate the Poison Merchant Route, approach poison merchant Yuan Jiang on the west side of Solitary Cloud Marsh Pier without entering other routes.
Proceed to the deepest part of the cave above Monkey Woods and retrieve the exotic golden scorpion.
Hand it over to Yuan Jiang to unlock the Poison Merchant Route.
