Neutral Ending
To achieve the “Neutral Ending” in Undertale, you need to follow a specific sequence of actions. This ending involves eliminating Toriel, Undyne, and Mettaton while sparing Papyrus. As a result of this process of elimination, Papyrus becomes the ruler of the Underground. Sans takes on the responsibility of handling paperwork and informs his brother that Asgore, Undyne, Alphys, and Mettaton have gone on vacation.
Genocide Ending
If you aim for the “Genocide Ending,” you’ll need to defeat a certain number of creatures, including the boss characters. The required numbers of defeated enemies can be found in SAVE points. For instance, in the Ruins area, you must have 20 kills, which includes defeating Toriel.

Pacifist Ending
On the other hand, to attain the “Pacifist Ending,” you must avoid killing any creatures throughout the game and ensure you save and befriend all the main characters you encounter. Achieving this ending unlocks new content, making it a recommended choice for your first playthrough of Undertale.
