Follow the Narrator and get the Freedom Ending for the first time.

Quit the game and then start it again.
Close out of the game and launch it again.

Try to jump anywhere except the jump circle.

Go to the keypad in the boss’s office and click on the 8 key until you hear it say eight.
Click on door 430 five times
Click on door 430 five times.
Door 430 is in the first room after you exit Stanley’s office, click on it 5 times and follow the narrators instructions.
Speed run
Complete The Stanley Parable in under 4 minutes 22 seconds (not including load times).
The best way to do this is to complete the Freedom Ending once or twice over so the Narrator will automatically open the secret passage for you. Keep resetting until you get the short hallway that leads directly to the set of two open doors, then you just book it.
Settings World Champion
Set all settings sliders in the menu to all the available numbers.
Adjust everything in the settings menu. I recommend using the arrow keys on the sliders to make sure you hit every number. Note that some sliders only appear after you check off certain boxes.
Super Go Outside
Don’t play The Stanley Parable for ten years.
Skip ahead 10 years in your computer’s settings.

This is a story achievement. Play through the game and go through the dialog that happens when you boot up the game, then the epilogue will appear. Play through the epilogue and accept the disembodied voice’s offer. Afterward, go through the new content door until it lets you go back to the Stanley Parable 2 Expo. Once there you go to the achievement machine and pull the lever to unlock the achievement.
