No more TV!
In total, you need to find 4 refrigerators that have a TV inside. They are located on Level 2 (Office); Level 3 (Hospital); Level 4 (Church); Level 5 (Car). You need to watch the video of each TV, and then replay the very first level and successfully complete it, and then you will be given an achievement.
After you take the access card and return back to the elevator, do not go into it. Go straight ahead and open the door shown in the screenshot, there will be a TV.
When you see the canteen, go through the door behind the distribution line. There will be a door on the right, in it you need to take the key and open the door, which is shown in the screenshot.
When you exit the church, go straight ahead and go around it on the other side. You will see the basement light bulb, go there and find a refrigerator with a TV.
When you get to the farm, you will see a barn. If you stand facing him, then you need to move to the right. There you will see haystacks and cars. Refrigerator with TV will be in the same place.
