With lots of playtime in The Druid, I was able to create a good and well-balanced build that has a very huge potential of beating the game. In fact, the build that I am about to share helped me beat The Druid easily.

Build Guide

Here’s the gear combo that’s really good (at least for me) to finish the game quickly:

• Top: Water spirit – This makes you tougher as you defeat enemies. Get it early, and you’ll be super hard to defeat.
• Left/Right side: Water essence – It heals you slowly over time, like a band-aid. You can have two, one on each side. But I like having just one and using an air essence on the other side to have half the healing. Either way, it doesn’t make a big difference.
• Bottom: Light rune – This makes you do way more damage to bad guys. It’s supposed to work every 8 seconds, but for some reason, it works all the time.

Using this gear can make the game easier, but it might also make it less fun if you use it too much.

Other Effects

Here are some cool effects that other runes, spirits, and essences can give to the druid to make the game more challenging and fun:

• Air spirit: It gives you a shield every third time you hit an enemy. The more shields you stack, the better (bottom).
• Dark spirit: This spirit can steal a small part of your enemy’s life, like a vampire, every time you defeat one (top).
• Fire spirit: When your life is really low, this spirit gives you extra strength to deal more damage (top).
• Dark rune: While it boosts your damage, it also takes a bit of your life with each attack (top).
• Fire rune: It sets your foes on fire, causing them to take extra damage (top).
• Earth rune: With this rune, traps won’t hurt you at all (top).
• Water rune: It makes your attacks even stronger when all your slots are filled with gear. This pairs well with the light rune and can help you defeat tough enemies with just a few hits (top).
• Light essence: This essence can create a protective barrier that makes you invulnerable for a short time. It’s handy for trying to complete the game without getting hit (top).
• Dark essence: This one is quite interesting; it lets you create portals. You can leave boss fights or create dark portals, but you can’t use them to travel between worlds (sides).
• Earth essence: When you take damage, some of it is sent back to the enemy, turning the tables on them (top).

Bonus Tip

For folks using a keyboard, there’s a little issue to watch out for. Sometimes, when you go up the stairs, you can’t do those cool aerial attacks anymore. This can be a problem when fighting flying enemies. But I’ve discovered a trick to fix it. Just keep moving up and down the stairs, and eventually, the bug will go away, and you can do your aerial attacks again. I hope this tip is helpful.
