When you open your spell book, you’ll notice the third hotbar. It might be confusing when you put spells on it, close the spell book, and can’t access them. You might think it’s a bug or not working. But don’t worry, there’s a hidden hotkey not mentioned in the options menu. If you press and hold the Caps Lock key, the third hotbar will appear. Now, by pressing 1 through 0, you can use the spells you assigned to it. This should make it easier for you!
