Have you ever wished to change the size of your game window using a specific value, not just for Team Fortress 2 but also for other Source games? This guide will assist you in achieving that! It should be effective for Source/Source 2 games in general.

How to Set a Custom Resolution

Click the right button on your game in the game list within the Library, and select Properties.

Locate the “Launch options” section in the game properties window. This is an area where you can input specific command-line arguments for running the game. Now, enter the following:

 -w 1280 -h 720

where ‘w’ stands for width and ‘h’ stands for height. Feel free to replace the numbers with your preferred values.

For example, below, I’ve adjusted it to 1408×800.

Click on an empty space and close the window. Now, you’re good to go!

That's everything we are sharing today for this Team Fortress 2 guide. This guide was originally created and written by no moss here. In case we fail to update this guide, you can find the latest update by following this link.
