Keeping the UFO on your left, circle around it. There’s plenty of invisible walls blocking your way so you can’t get lost. Behind the UFO is a house in the distance.
Head inside and grab the pistol and ammo on the table. Use the blue thing on the table to save the game.

Exit the house and go to the UFO. Upon approaching the UFO is another house.
Inside is painkillers, ammo, and a save point. Upstairs is more loot.

Head into the next room and kill the boss. He’s a bit buggy, after killing him once, walk into him and he’ll get back up and be stuck in place. Kill him again for the achievement.
