There are no achievements for collecting the secrets. However, secrets are necessary to unlock the story/lore.
There’s a secret on each of the levels spread across all the 5 districts. The secret looks like a “Curled golden rat icon” – spinning/floating up in the air. Some are easy to collect through natural progression (e.g. Lvl.1-1)… While many are hidden and need that little bit of extra effort to collect it.
Oldbarrow District
Hard to miss. you’ll get it while making a jump to the generator section before ending the level.
Mid-level after you break-jump the billboard, just turn back and collect. It’s just below the billboard, easy to miss among falling debris
When you take the first ramp, go left…you’ll see the ‘Flyover bridge’ is broken. Carefully jump to the second broken section, then to the third…it’s in the middle of the third section.
After activating the first generator, you’ll jump out of the warehouse and see a fallen tree which will take you to the road ahead. Turn back and jump to the roof of the Warehouse. The secret is just a floor above the warehouse.
Towards the end of the level, reach the segment where you’ll have to drop through floors with a drill following you from above. Once you reach the bottom floor, go to the right and collect the secret before going left to end the level.
Not too far from the beginning of the level, you’ll go down some floors, kill a “Goon” and jump out of a warehouse to the open stretch of the highway. Turn back…drive over the roof to the left and jump to the broken section of the highway. It’s towards the end of the broken highway.
At the very beginning of the level, turn back and go all the way to the left. You’ll see the secret floating up in the air, make some stunt-jumps to collect it.
