This guide will explain how to find all the organic and inorganic resources in Starfield. It will also teach you how to collect them while playing the game.

Introduction

In the game, there are different kinds of things you can find. Some are from animals and plants, and some are from rocks and minerals. These things are split into five groups to show how hard they are to find. The groups are common, uncommon, rare, exotic, and unique. Now, let’s learn how to find the super rare, one-of-a-kind stuff. You can get a little bit of all these things from shops in the game, but you can make as much as you want of the special things on just one planet.

If you can’t find these special planets, don’t worry. There’s a map that shows you where they are in the game.

Organic Resources

You don’t have to be a super expert to get these special things. You can make them in special buildings like greenhouses or animal farms. There are five super special things you can make:

Gastronomic Delight: You can find this cool stuff on a crab-looking animal called the “Herding Hornface Herbivore” living on the planet Bardeen III in the Wetlands and Deciduous Forest areas.

High-Tensile Spidroin: You can get this thing from a cactus called “Frigid Palm” that’s on the planet Linnaeus II in the Mountain and Frozen Mountain places.

Immunostimulant: This one is found on a tree named “Bright Fire Reed” on the planet Zelazny III in the Volcanic, Coniferous Forest, and Tropical Forest spots.

Luxury Textile: You can make this from a creature with a cat head called the “Swarming Foxbat.” They hang out in the Mountain and Hills spots on the planet Schrödinger III.

Memory Substrate: This one comes from a flying jellyfish-like animal called the “Herding Nautiloos Filterer” on the moon Fermi VII-a in the Hills, Plateau, and Sandy Desert spots.

Inorganic Resources

To find these special rocks and stuff, you need to be good at scanning, like a space detective at level 4. This helps you pick where you can land. Then, on these planets and moons, you can make places called outposts with machines to get these things forever.

Aldumite (Ad): You can dig up this metal on the planet Schrödinger II.

Tasine (Tsn): This unique liquid is hiding on the moon Huygens VII-a.

Véryl (Vr): You can collect this special gas on the planet Verne I.

Vytinium (Vy): This unique metal is waiting for you on the moon Decaran VII-a.

Rothicite (Rc): You’ll find this special metal on the moon Carinae III-a.

Indicite (Ie): This unique metal is tucked away on the planet Katydid III.
