Here are the sequences I followed to secure the achievement. Keep in mind, these might not be the absolute best tactics, but they did the trick for me. I put this guide together with the hope that it’ll make life a tad easier for fellow achievement hunters out there. Best of luck on your quest!

Round 1 Strategy
You need to simplify sequences, choosing the most effective ones given your resources. It’s essential to strategize which sequences complement each other and which may conflict. Finding the optimal solution requires careful consideration of your available resources and the potential interactions between sequences.
First, ensure Crowded and Slump don’t kill any sheep cards. If they do, restart.
Next, replace Shephion and Lightning Strike with Planning Sheep and Shepherd Dog. It doesn’t matter which you use on which.
Always use Fill the Earth on six slots, then clear those six slots with Falling Rock, Storm, and Meteor.
Apply All Purpose Sheep on a Be Fruitful, timing doesn’t matter.
Use Inspiration to grab cards that clear as many cards from your hand as possible, even if it disrupts your board state, to thin your deck quickly and start another sequence.
Use Multiply and two Be Fruitful (or one All Purpose Sheep + one Be Fruitful) to make 10, then Dominion.
Utilize Flourish and Golden Hooves to make four times 10, then Dominion to make 30. Plague 10, using Crowded and Slump if drawn late.
Apply Be Fruitful on 30 (or All Purpose Sheep), then Be Fruitful on 30 again.
Lastly, place a Wolf on one of the 30 cards.
Round 2 Strategy
Start round 2 with 70 (2×30 and 1×10).
Pray for good draws as you’re close to success.
Use All Purpose Sheep on Dominion, ensuring you have a Dominion in hand for round 2.
Hope for Be Fruitful and Dominion in hand for a 100 combo.
Apply Flourish and Golden Hooves on the 100 for either 300 and 100, or use 2x Be Fruitful for 300.
Then, use All Purpose Sheep or Dominion card to reach 300.
Next, Flourish and Golden Hooves on the 300 for either 4×300, or use 2x Be Fruitful for 3×300 and 1×100.
Try to avoid playing negative cards if possible to keep the card count low. If you must use Planning Sheep or Shepherd Dog, avoid removing negative cards that can be played, as you need the hand draws to thin the deck.
