All Caves Location
So, you ran around the whole map and found these caves:
Near the entrance
At the entrance to the theater area
At the theatre
At the end of the river
At the shrine
On the river for a cutscene
Secret Cave Location
But to open the secret cave, you will have to do a little ritual with Mugen.
Take this particular stone
Carry the stone through the exit gate
Carry the stone through the first cave and put it a stone in a dead end.

Achievement Bug
