In this guide, I will provide you with the step-by-step process to obtain the “KITTED OUT” achievement in Severed Steel.

Step 1

Ensure that you have not enabled any advanced game rules on the rogue steel page.

Step 2

During the first card selection, choose the “rogue” option. This selection will result in a higher score at the end.

Step 3

Congratulations on completing the first level! For the second and third levels, make sure to select the “rebalanced bullet time” and “faster slow-mo” cards. The order of these cards may vary, but they will always appear on the second and third levels. This choice will minimize the slow-motion effect, making it easier to earn points.

Step 4

Congratulations! After completing level 3, you have the freedom to select any card you desire. However, please note that you can only choose from Tier 1 cards.

Step 5

Once you have progressed to Tier 2 by completing four levels, it is recommended to choose the “-2 health” card, as it provides more points. However, if you come across other beneficial cards such as speed, faster dive, double magazine, or cannon, you can choose those and opt for the “-2 health” card in the next round. As an example, let’s say you choose the “super kickslide” card and plan to select the “-2 health” card in the following round. After taking the “-2 health” card, you can freely choose any card until reaching Tier 3. The recommended cards for Tier 3 are: “super kickslide,” “super dive,” and “cutter cannon.”

Step 6

Once Tier 3 becomes available, avoid selecting any cards that boost the score, as it will make the game significantly challenging to progress. Instead, choose any card that you consider useful. It is advised to avoid cards such as “blood feud,” “floor is lava,” “attack the weak point,” and “one in the chamber” (only use the latter if you believe you can succeed with it).

Step 7

Upon completion of the above steps, you should have achieved a score of 1 million. Repeat the process multiple times until you reach a total score of 32 million (32 runs).

Tips and tricks

  • If you come across a flamethrower, try to keep it throughout levels, as the weapon carries over to the next level.
  • If you find the challenge too difficult, it may be due to receiving challenging cards from the enemies. Don’t worry! Reset the run and follow the steps again.
  • Aim to eliminate all enemies in each level, as this will provide you with additional points.
