Prado – How to get the broken Vulture Statues achievements!

At the time of writing this guide, the five Vulture Statues in the northern (snow and tropical) region are broken so you can only get two out of the three Vulture Statues achievements. Felizmente, we have a solution that I have confirmed it works.

The Method

1. First you need to download an open-source, third-party program that helps you to download an older version of games you own on Steam from aqui.

I’m not in any way affiliated with this program, but I have used it a few times in the past to get achievements that were only possible to get in older versions of games.

For those who care, it seems The Unified Achievement Hunting Rules permit this way as long as you get them legitimately playing on the older build of your games. Então, hardcore achievement hunters, você’você está seguro!

2. After downloading the latest version of DepotDownloader, extract it in any folder, and inside create a plain text file, but rename its extension to “.bastão” (name it, “meadow_feb032021.bat”, se você desejar). Open it in your favorite text editor (notepad also works), and put this single line of code:

DOTNET DEPOTDOWNLOADER.DLL --App 486310 -depósito 486311 -manifesto 3848732481690709283 -nome de usuário <your_username>

3. Substituir “<your_username>” with your Steam login username. Quando você’acabou, save and launch the .bat file. Enter your credentials to login to the Steam servers. It will begin downloading an older version of Meadow.
You have now downloaded the version that was released on February 3rd, 2021 with working Vulture achievements! They should be in “<DepotDownloaderFolder>/depots/486310 /486311”.

4. Now temporarily rename your original Meadow installation folder (“<SteamLibrary>steamapps\common\Meadow”) to something like “Meadow_backup” por agora, so we can create a new working folder, “Prado” again to put the downloaded contents inside. They should be “Meadow_Data”, “Meadow.exe”, “steam.api.dll” e “Tobii.GameIntegration.dll”.

5. Launch Meadow from your Steam client (muito importante!). Do not launch it from its folder. The achievement will not work. Confie em mim, EU’ve been burned by it once.

6. Parabéns! It seems this older version works perfectly fine with the online servers. yay! Now you can go look for those Vulture Statues!

7. After getting all the related achievements, vestir’t forget to delete the old version you just used and bring the latest version back.

I had already gotten five Vulture Statues beforehand, but simply getting the remaining five did not unlock the last achievement so I had to get all ten from the beginning on this older version for this to work.
