Today we will make a simple and most annoying bug with invisibility in the lobby. I think developers who feed their players with stories about anti-cheat and what kind of cheaters are bad should explain how “cheats” can be done through a regular notepad.
Foreword
The developers close their eyes to this bug (namely a bug), their crooked game stores your save files on the computer, their anti-cheat is not able to ban cheaters and it seems that they frankly don’t care about the game (don’t care).
Draining this hole to the masses will help developers fix their game and, in principle, make a product for which I paid three hundred bucks
Proper invisibility
First of all, we go along the path to our saves in the incentive

C:\Users\[имя пользователя]\AppData\LocalLow\Kinetic Games\Phasmophobia\
(If you do not have an appdata folder, you need to open hidden files, because by default this file is hidden)
(We save the entire “Phasmophobia” folder for the future, you can even save it to the desktop, this folder will help us get the game back to normal in the future)
In the folder “Phasmophobia” we are interested in 2 files:
SaveFile and
SaveFile.es3.tmp 
We go into both files and delete all the contents.

Be sure to save our result I used the Notepad ++ application to open these files, but in principle, WorldPad or an ordinary notepad will do (only there will be problems with 2 files).
Then we go into the game already with invisibility.
Ready.
Total
Now you are invisible in the lobby on the board, you can not be subtracted and kicked, and all this through simple manipulation of the game files through notepad. 🙂
Fixing the game
Everything is elementary!
If you are already tired of trolling and being a bad person, there is a way to return the old save!
To do this, we delete either the files with which manipulations were performed or the entire folder.
Copy the “Phasmophobia” folder (We saved it earlier) along the path:

Update
While invisible in the lobby, you cannot press-ready, and have money and items. In the invisible state, people in the lobby can still start the game if they all press “ready” together. An invisible person will join the game with them, does not give invulnerability from a ghost and, in principle, any goodies in the game.
