The Phasmophobia Halloween Event for 2023 is happening now, and players are having fun exploring the new content. This update brings new activities to the game. If you haven’t found all the recipe cards yet, you can check out this guide here: Phasmophobia Recipe Cards Guide.
Once you’ve found all the cards, it’s time to add the ingredients to the cauldron. Be careful not to add the wrong ingredients, as that could ruin the potion. Here are the ingredients needed for this event.
All Ingredients Location Guide

Ingredients 1 and 2:
- Start by going to the Lodge’s Lobby.
- On the left, you’ll find a brain in a jar (Jar of mind) on a coffee table.
- On the computer, there’s a frog plush or voodoo doll (Toe of frog).
- Take both of these and drop them by the campfire for later.
Ingredient 3:
- Head back into the staff area through the door.
- On the ground, you’ll find a box with rotten apples. You need three of them.
Ingredients 4 and 5:
- Continue through the staff area and enter Campsite B.
- By the lakeside, you’ll see a skeleton couple; one of them has a flower (Lover’s Blossom).
- In the cabin, use the key under the mat and find a kitchen counter/worktop with a bowl of teeth. Grab both the bowl and flower.
Ingredient 6:
- In Campsite B, there’s a campfire by the tents with a skull on one of the log seats.
- Drop your flashlight and bring the three ingredients to the cauldron pile.
Ingredients 7 and 8:
- These might look like cans of beans (Sack of Beans), but they’re actually Bean Bags or hackey sacks.
- You can find them in the equipment tent in front of the cauldron.
- While you’re there, collect the two eyes from the Campsite A bathroom sink.
Ingredient 9:
- The last ingredient is your torch. You may need to grab another one from the van.
Once you have all the ingredients, throw them into the cauldron in any order you like. Just be careful not to add too much of anything or miss an ingredient!
After adding all the ingredients, the potion will bubble, and souls will be released into the skies. The whole map will turn spooky with a red tint. Leave to unlock your rewards.
