When your ranch in Paleo Pines starts running low on resources, don’t worry! There are some great places you can go to find more of what you need. Many folks wonder where to get more stuff when their ranch runs low. I’ve figured out where the three main things come back.

Keep in mind, not everything comes back every day. Usually, it takes about 2-3 days for all of them to show up again, but if you return the next day or so, you can still find one or two things to pick. So, the smartest way is to wait a few days before going on “resource hunts” again. Now, here’s where you can find each resource when it comes back.

Stone

Stone is hiding out in Veridian Valley, right by the river on the beach. You’ll spot several rocks here, and they come back every day. The first time I checked, I got two big stacks of 99 stones before my Pachy’s stamina said, “Enough!” So, it’s a super-duper place for stone. Oh, and don’t forget, there’s a big dreamstone hidden behind some big boulders when you first arrive.

Wood (and Forest Wood)

Guess where you find wood? Yep, in Dapplewood (shocker, right?). It comes in two flavors: Regular wood and Forest wood. You’ll find about 5-6 logs hanging out in the middle of Dapplewood, and they pop back up a lot. Keep an eye out for up to 3 near Granny’s house and an extra 3 near the Stegosaurus crew. If you’re feeling adventurous, two forest logs can be found past a giant log blocking the Therizinosaurus and T-Rex spot. But watch out, sometimes that pit can flood if it’s been raining or it’s Triassea season. Jurassos brings “hot sunny” days, which means the pit won’t be flooded, but don’t bet the farm on it.

Update: There’s a sneaky spot almost straight north of Marlo’s house, blocked by a boulder. In Triassea, Pinacosaurus shows up here. Once you break that boulder, three more forest logs magically respawn nearby.

Fiber (and Sandstone)

For fiber, head to Ariacotta Canyon. You’ll need a Slasher dinosaur to get to the bushes, but it’s worth it. Oh, and Pinacosaurus likes to hang out here too. Sandstone lovers, you’re in luck! There are some rocks that pop back up on the upper pathway at a 3-way junction. You’ll also find fiber scattered around the western dunes, especially on windy days. But remember, slashing those bushes gives you way more fiber than picking up scraps from the sand.
