This guide will only cover the new achievements (soon to be) added with the Sunbreak DLC. The majority of them are basically copied from the base game, just applied to the new master rank content…
Complete all Master Rank Quests once
An official request for Kamura’s hunter.
Binoculars give a clear view of far-off targets.
Protect the wearer from the harshest environments.
A fountain pen with a blue feather gifted by Fiorayne.
A desk flag proving the owner’s distinguished service.
An official thank-you letter.
These achievements will be unlocked upon completing certain main story quests.

To mark deep village-Outpost ties.
– Seicho’s Place
Soar away into a clear blue sky.
– Crimson Nightmare
A depiction of the dreadful Qurio.
Goed, complete all new quests added with Sunbreak.
“Anomaly Quests” are unlocked after you’ve completed the main story of the DLC.
The last quests will only be available, if you’re at least MR100.
Complete Master Rank Quests x Times
A talisman to protect you on your travels.
A charm praying for your good health.
Spreekt voor zich.
Afflicted monsters can only be encountered in “Anomaly Quests”, which are only available after the DLC’s final story boss has been hunted.
I don’t usually recommend this, Maar eerlijk gezegd, just install a damage-modifier mod for this one and keep one-shoting monsters in a solo expedition for a few hours…
This is the most stupid achievement in this game. It’s a straight-up insult to everyone’s limited gaming time.
The Iceborne DLC for MH:World only asked for 100…
Captured monsters count for this achievement. But there’s no way to check your progress on this one. The counter for completed Master Rank quests is your best bet, but it’s gonna be off, because of multi-target quests.
Endemic Life
Jungle and the Citadel.
Same as for the base game. Remember to check for the white markers on your map.
Both maps have at least 1 spot, that can only be accessed by bombing your way through some rubble with large bombs.
Sunbreak added 2 new Wirebugs, which you need to use once each to unlock this achievement.
Citadel and Jungle.

You should be able to find most of them fairly easily by yourself.
Palamute / Palico
Toys of a cuddling Felyne and Canyne.
Don’t know yet.
A necklace that ended up with your Buddy.
Keep trading Letters of Introduction at the Argosy.
Will add the exact number sometime soon.
A tasty treat for hard-working Canynes.
As for the base game; complete all new requests, which reward Palamute equipment.
A cute and colorful painted acorn.
Use the new Eurekacorns to unlock all memory skills for a number of Palicos.
Will add the exact number sometime soon.
Make sure to loot the new Cohoot nest in Elgado after completing each 5th quest, in order to get these Eurekacorns comfortably.
Verzamelen / Ontgrendelen / Craft Stuff
An unspoiled antique.
Same as the base game.
An easy-to-deploy camping kit.
A simple flute with far-reaching tones.
Buddy Recon is a new kind of once-per-quest fast travel. You unlock it by finding the fast travel spots on the map, rather similiarly to the camps.

Goed, complete all quests & village requests, which reward new dangos.
It’s refinement exceeds human capability.
Obtaining the new switch skills is easier this time around.
You’ll obtain your first set of switch skills pretty much immediately after arriving at Elgado.
You’ll obtain the remaining switch skills after reaching MR4.
A pretty great winged helmet.
A helm with golden hollows and blue wings.
Craft any 5 rarity 10 weapons/armor pieces & and any 5 MR layered armor pieces.
For the normal equipment, je hebt nodig “Afflicted” materials, the layered armor pieces will require “Outfit Voucher+”. Both of these can only be obtained by completing “Anomaly Quests”, which are only available after you’ve finished the DLC’s main story.
Won’t budge, wat er ook gebeurt.
Probably the same as the base game equivalent. So you’ll likely need all unique lottery trinkets, and have to kill all new monsters 10 keer, in order to unlock the wall hangings as Argosy trades.
I’ll add the full list, once I’ve unlocked the achievement myself.
Not sure yet, but I’m reasonably certain this refers to obtaining all the new “Account Items”.
The NPC “Pingarh, the Sailor” might also be involved here.

Gemengd
Looks tiny, but has a big appetite.
Apart from the returning Cohoot nest, which you can plunder for loot, there’s also a new, white baby cohoot in Elgado.
Keep feeding it inbetween each quest and you’ll unlock this achievement after ~30ish quests.
Add honey to sweeten things up!
A new mechanic to the dangos. Will be explained by the game itself. Just keep using it.

Ignore wind as you whip through the world.

Sharing this cup fosters friendship.
This requires certain “Follower Quests” Om te worden voltooid. No list needed, since you’ll have to complete all of them for another achievement anyway.
Pretty much similiar to the base game equivalent.
Complete the new villager requests given to you in Elgado.
Sandals for exploring.
Talk to all NPC in Elgado, animals included.

Opmerking, that some NPC only join the outpost later in the story.
Gold Crowns
Ja, another set of those.
