Still missing few figures! What to do? No clear instructions, but here’s my relationships for the respective characters:
15) Fiona.
Get a Neutral ending (in my case it was for Rejecting the Shard, choosing “we’re boss” with everyone surviving (expect for the assassin bot) and skateboard rating around 50-ish.
16) Ellie.
I tried to get the highest skateboard rating for the achievement, got 90% as the result.
In my case it was for Rejecting the Shard, choosing “we’re boss”, with everyone survived – including the assassin bot and saying “sorry not sorry”.
The key choices to go for are:
- Octavio had to be heard,
- Shoot your legs as Octavio, demand for the compliment, ignore Bivington,
- Mouth fart Tediore enemies, select Anger Kicks Ass, and punch Susan hard.

I basically then just replayed my save file (entire Episode 5) from №16 and choose few worse options to lower the Skateboard rating.
I still went for exact same choices:
