Added a few new functions to help make for a smoother experience.
-Added a “move back” function for enemies who get too close (i.e. in the camera view)
-Added a few more safeguards to prevent enemy turns from overlapping
-Changed a few UI elements to be more uniform and look a bit nicer
-Changed the starting tutorial to be clearer and more effective
-Added an option to see the tutorial again when interacting with Jeppel
-Fixed issues with gamepad use in options/video menu
-Fixed a few late-game achievement bugs
-Fixed issue with party wipe-out from stoning preventing recovery from stoning
-Fixed issue with town portal after being the game
