Easiest Ways

The simplest way to open the door is to vomit. To do this, go to your cure menu and, with the right analog stick, spin Snake in any direction for a few seconds. When you exit the menu, you’ll start throwing up. This will make the guard come to check on you, and that’s when you can attack him. But be careful, if you take too long, he’ll figure out that it’s a trick and trigger the alert phase.

This trick also works if you use the fake death pill. To get the fake death pill, go to the cure menu and remove the transmitter with a fork.

Other Methods
