In Lethal Company, you have to use the Terminal to do different things like visiting moons, buying items, or checking the Bestiary. You do this by using commands. Now, let’s go through all the commands and learn how to use them in Lethal Company.

How to Use the Terminal

To get into the Terminal in Lethal Company, press the E key. Once you’re in, you can use it to go to the Store, Bestiary, or Storage by using commands. To use a command, just type it into the console and press enter. Here are all the commands you can use in Lethal Company:

Moons

The Moons command lets you see a list of planets you can visit in Lethal Company, and this includes the Company Building. To use this command, type ‘Moons’ into the console and press enter. After that, type the name of one of the Moons from the list below (without the hazard level) to go there. Once you’ve typed the Moon’s name, add ‘confirm’ or ‘C’ in the Terminal.

  • Vow (Hazard Level C)
  • Experimentation (Hazard Level B)
  • Assurance (Hazard Level D)
  • Offense (Hazard Level B)
  • March (Hazard Level B)
  • Rend (Hazard Level A)
  • Dine (Hazard Level S)
  • Titan (Hazard Level S+)
  • Company Building or Com

Store

The Store command in Lethal Company shows a list of items available for purchase. To access it, type ‘Store’ into the console. If you want to buy something, type the item’s name and then confirm the purchase with ‘Confirm.’ To cancel a purchase, use ‘Deny.’ To get information on an item, type its name followed by ‘info.’ For instance, ‘Pro Flashlight info’ will provide details about the Flashlight.

Bestiary

The Bestiary is a place where players can learn about different monsters in the game. To use it, type the monster’s name after opening the Bestiary menu by typing ‘Bestiary’ and pressing enter.

View Monitor

View Monitor displays a radar map of a selected player on the Terminal. To use it, type ‘View Monitor.’ If you want to switch the player the Monitor is watching, type ‘Switch.’

Scan

The Scan command reveals all items on the Moon you’re visiting. Type ‘Scan’ into the Terminal console and hit enter to use it.

Ping

The Ping command plays a sound if you place a Radar Booster near a Main Entrance in Lethal Company. To use it, type ‘Ping’ followed by the name of the Radar, like ‘Ping Freddy’ or ‘Ping Brody’ to successfully ping the Radar Booster.

Secret Commands and Easter Eggs

In Lethal Company, you can input secret commands in the Terminal. If you type words that start with the first three letters of a lore entry you haven’t discovered, you’ll receive a corrupted or overwritten error message. Similarly, if you type the first three letters of a creature entry you haven’t found, the Terminal will inform you that no data has been collected on the creature, and a scan is required. Additionally, if you misspell or type any command incorrectly, a unique message will appear, indicating that you typed the command wrong.
