Bug Fixes:
* Vehicle Internal Physics is now much more consistent independently of frame rate.
- The game shouldn’t run by default at unlimited FPS during the splashscreen anymore.
- Dismissing the vehicle Actions menu no longer always forces the TX radio up. This now depends on the action selected.
Additions:
* Added a new framerate limit setting in Graphics Settings. Defaults to 60;
