Idol Manager Playthrough Guide and tips

Early Game & First Floor

1. Start with Regional Auditions, try to find 2-3 idols for your first auditions. 3 preferably since you need it to unlock level 2 Performance and Promotions. You can do another Regional Audition later; aim to have 5 idols as soon as possible.

2. Do Promotions as activities; don’t leave your Idol’s stamina unused. Idol Stamina = Money if it’s used the right way.

3. Hire 2 Sales Managers specialized in Deals, aiming for Photoshoot Business Proposals. This will give you a good amount of cash early game.

4. Do everything for your Singles production alone. Launch it every month. This is your way to make money. Aim for 5 Singles as soon as possible to unlock Concert.

This is how much money I make as my 5th Singles; my 10th Singles earn around 6 Mill.

Digital Only Release is great since it’s FREE! I have a run where I don’t have enough money to release the Singles and went bankrupt.

This is how you want to build your 1st floor:

Don’t go build 2nd floor to fast, get your money stability first.

Concert & 2nd Floor

This section start when you already unlock a Concert. You will be generating ¥3-5 Million per month from your Singles alone at this point.

Try to do Concert as many and as fast as possible since this is your way to make money starting now and you can do it once a month.

This is how you want to build your 2nd floor:

1. Get a Doctor so my Idol still have enough stamina to do Concert regularly, explore Show and getting Job.

2. Dance Room or Recording Studio, choose any the goal is to help you with the Production.

3. Dressing Room/ Office, I think office is better since you can hire Sales Manager specialized in Production but well I just don’t think that far at that point so yeah mine is Dressing Room lol

Do Promotion as activities, mix it with Spa when it’s needed.

Cafe, Theater, 3rd Floor

You will generate more than ¥50++ Mill per monthfrom your Singles & Concert at this point.

No more worry about money.

You can build Cafe & Theater.

Cafe: money isn’t great, but I have money so let’s just get it lol unlock a lot of achievement from here

Theater generate tons of money.

Early probably ¥500,000 per day, but now as you can see it grows to ¥2,000,000 per day, and it will continue to grow.

This is with Equipment Purchased and without Streaming:

This is how you want to build your 3rd floor:

1. Dance Room or Recording Studio, choose any depends on what you get on your 2nd floor. The goal is to help you with the Production.

2. Dressing Room/ Office, it helps to customize your Idol appearance. It’s satisfying lol

3. Get another Doctorso my Idol still have enough stamina to do Concert regularly, explore Show, getting Job, or whatever I want them to do.

Do Promotion as activities, mix it with Spa when it’s needed.

Progress with The Main Story & Get 10 Idols

I think you can do whatever you want at this point, money it’s not an issue anymore. Go explore Shows, Election, World Tour, just do whatever you want lol
