This guide serves as a walkthrough for the 5 different Elusive targets that can be found in Sapienza, Italy. Includes pics, tips, and maps.
The Prince
DIFFICULTY: 9/10
GUARDS?: EVERYWHERE
RANDOM LOOP?: Yes, but his loop is fairly small and does not travel far.
MY RATING: 3/10
One of the worst targets I’ve ever seen. I found this to be very difficult, especially suit only, with far too many guards, very little freedom of approach, AND a randomized loop from the start. I recommend the following: Bring along the Sieker1 Pistol (If unlocked), obtain a guard disguise, Isolate him from his one following bodyguard asap, and then lure him via coin into the Priests room next to the Catacombs.
NOTE: He moves between the Church, Graveyard, and Catacombs. He does NOT exit the church/ graveyard area unless he has been affected by emetic poison, in which case he will walk to the bathroom area to the east of the morgue.
The Twins
DIFFICULTY: 5/10
GUARDS?: 1 Guard for each Twin
RANDOM LOOP?: No
MY RATING: 6/10
An interesting target with the unique challenge of looking identical to his brother, who is a non-target. The only thing that tells them apart is that Dylan has a gold watch. Basically, if you see a Twin is wearing a fancy gold wristwatch then they are your target. His loop is surprisingly long and I followed both twins along with their bodyguards all the way from the Pier to the Art shop. Dylan will investigate any audio distraction and will only be followed by his bodyguard and NOT by his Twin and their bodyguard. I found that using a standard coin lure to isolate him into a vacant room did the trick. You can also use the Sieker1 to make him Isolate himself in any of the bathrooms along his route.

The Congressman
DIFFICULTY: 7/10
GUARDS?: 2
RANDOM LOOP?: Yes, There 3 possible paths that he takes from spawn.
MY RATING: 4/10This target has interesting lore, and is located in an interesting part of the map (Caruso Mansion). However, the random loop, lack of isolation opportunities, and accident kill possibilities make playing this target very irritating. The best way to eliminate him safely is by poisoning the wine glass he drinks in the Wine Cellar. Neither of his other two paths has a clear opportunity like this!
Level 4: NOTE: He spawns in the entrance hall at the Villa Caruso. From there he takes one of three paths. They are labeled below.
1 – Library
2 – Fireplace and Balcony outside
3 – Wine Cellar
Level 3: NOTE: During the path labeled #3, he will travel downstairs to the wine cellar and after a while, he will try a glass of wine. You can poison the glass for an easy and safe Kill. (Obviously, you will need an appropriate disguise and lethal poison vial/pills to do this.) This seems to be the safest way (That I know of) to kill the target without bringing many items or exploiting game mechanics.
The Guru
DIFFICULTY: 6/10
GUARDS?: No Bodyguards, however, he is followed by one NPC.
RANDOM LOOP?: Nope
MY RATING: 5/10Better than the congressman but only slightly. His loop is thankfully not random, he passes by a few accidents kill opportunities like the Chandelier and can be Isolated easily as he does not have a bodyguard to investigate for him. However, the area he travels to (The Town hall/ Mayor’s Office) is filled with NPCs and one guard. This makes Isolating him very tricky and he goes for long periods of time without moving around, just talking to the NPCs. I try to make him sick via the Sieker1 and then just drown him in the bathroom that is near the Mayor’s Office. (This is part of the same room he sits down in)

Level 5:NOTE: I stopped following him where the line ends.
The Badboy
DIFFICULTY: 8/10
Although its more like 2/10 if you use the method I describe below, the only thing you will need to bring along is a lethal vial/pills.
GUARDS?: No personal bodyguards, but the target is surrounded by many NPCs and film set Security guards all the time.
RANDOM LOOP?: Thankfully not!
MY RATING: 2/10
One of my least favorite targets for the simple fact that the target will not move away from his spawn UNLESS you do something. The lack of freedom to use different tactics and only 1 real possible accident kill is absolutely terrible and imo the only method that the devs even intend this ET to be completed “properly” is by doing the following:
- Shoot the lighting rack on the film set to disrupt the filming. (This causes the question panel to take place) You can shoot it from any distance with a preferably suppressed pistol. One shot will be enough.
- Obtain The kitchen assistant disguise from the side of the van. Watch out for the nearby Kitchen assistant as he is an Enforcer.
- Poison Bart’s Bottle* with Lethal Pills/ Lethal Poison Vial.
- Head to the exit and wait for him to drink your lovely concoction.
- Profit!
NOTE: The yellow areas are trespassing zones.
*NOTE: Bart’s Bottle is the one closest to the crowd.

Extra Info
By completing any of the mentioned targets above, you will unlock the Italian Suit with Gloves Suit Variant.
However, you can NOT obtain this suit by beating any of the mentioned targets in “Elusive Target Arcade” as it is a separate game mode with its own rewards.
