The developer of Football Simulator has released a new update for the game on April 6, 2024. Here are the new things that you should expect to see or change on this new update. This information was curated directly from the official announcement on Steam.
Improvements:
- Partial support for new firmware PS5 controller (Known Issue: DPad doesn’t yet work)
- Rewrote camera system to smooth out ball snap camera. No more camera pops.
- Smoothed out players getting up.
- IK hand catching implemented. Better catching overall.
- New more dynamic and realistic physics tuning.
- Fix for pause causing physics issues.
- Fix for refs being high in the air.
- Better support for additional force on collision not making helmets fly everywhere.
- Fixed frame dependency for muscle pull down force.
- Added grabbing on defense while standing. Happens automatically.
- Fixes for AI throw lead amount. AI QB now is very accurate.
Coming Soon:
- More exposed camera and physics variables in the menu (currently only in json files).
