  • Patch Title: College Update
  • Patch Release Date: April 23, 2024

The developer of FFFL: Brutal Ball Manager has released a new update for the game on April 23, 2024. Here are the new things that you should expect to see or change on this new update. This information was curated directly from the official announcement on Steam.

College Games
A new tab was added to the tools menu to allow for optional college all-star games with next year’s rookies. When clicking on College Games a new rookie draft pool will be created. These players from the 77 colleges are sorted into 4 all-conference teams. Stats will be kept for the players, injuries and kills will be permanent. Once finishing the round robin play, you can reset the schedule and run it again. Stats for players will continue to accumulate. Because of the potential for deaths and injuries, 15% more players are created if you decide to run the college games. Again this is optional and can be completely ignored.
View Draft Pool Stats and Abilities
In the stats screen you can now filter by rookies. You can view their stats from the all-conference games and see their abilities.
Personalities may reset for rookies after draft
If the league has hidden draft pick potential activated, their will be a 50% chance that each rookie’s personality will be re-rolled after the draft. This allows for inaccuracy in the personalities discovered by observing trash talk during college games – with hidden potential no one knows how a player might change when they make it to the big leagues.
QoL
Added sim single game button.
Games speeds (if below 1.5) and zoom will be kept between games played in the same sitting.
UI altered to allow for longer names that don’t break alignment of stats and roster screens.
Team names color coded on Team and Player Cards to make it easier to see how the team finished each year(Gold – won championship, Silver – lost championship, Bronze – made playoffs, Blue – didn’t make playoffs).
Current Player Export feature – export of current players created in League Folder. This allows for sharing team data easily between owners in multiplayer leagues.
More UI bug fixes
