This is an update for the Real Traffic Density mod for Euro Truck Simulator 2. The new version is 1.48.b.
In this update, the mod has been adapted to work with version 1.48.5. There has also been a slight reduction in the number of emergency vehicles in the game.
Features:
- The mod only changes the speed limits for emergency vehicles, motorcycles, and sport cars. The speed limits for regular AI vehicles remain the same.
- The semaphore cycle has been improved to match the increased traffic density. This means that the duration of the yellow light after the green light has also been increased. You don’t need an additional mod for this.
- In 1.38, roads with two lanes in one direction and one lane in the other direction had the same duration for the green light. Now, the two-lane roads have a longer green light compared to the one-lane road at the same intersection.
- In areas with low traffic density, you can see slow vehicles on roads with one lane in each direction. On country roads with higher traffic density, you can see more slow vehicles.
- In addition to regular cars, you can also see classic cars and motorcycles on country roads with low traffic density. These vehicles also have reduced speed.
- AI vehicles can now overtake on roads with one lane in each direction and a simple continuous line.
