The fourth aspect listed on a weapon is always the hidden aspect. While other aspects can be unlocked with titan blood, the hidden aspects can only be unlocked when certain requirements are met:

• Obtain the predestined list of minor prophecies from the contractor.
• Reach the final boss.
• Unlock all other aspects of the weapon.
• Spend at least 5 Titan’s Blood to upgrade the weapon.
• Talk to the specific character who knows the weapon’s awakening phrase. It may take several tries until they provide this information.

With the above done, below is how to unlock all aspects. Remembering that the spear is always the first hidden aspect that is unlocked.

Stygius: The blade from the underworld

Aspect of Zagreus – Unlocked by default at the beginning of the game. This is what Zagreus uses in the first run.
