Fantastic sword setup that can eliminate all the enemies on the screen with just one powerful strike, even after playing for an entire hour. Currently ranked at 862, boasting an impressive 8.85 million score, and there’s potential for even greater achievements.

Playstyle

First, I use flash freeze and radar to freeze the enemies, giving me the perfect opportunity to swing and charge my sword for a powerful attack. This strategy allows me to clear the entire screen in one shot. I grab the experience points, then repeat the process. It can be a bit tricky as the wait time becomes intense, but the audio and visual cues of the perfect swing and charge make it relatively easy to manage.

Even after playing for an entire hour, I’ve successfully executed this technique, one-shotting the screen. I did face challenges, losing my shield and using akimbo 4-5 times, but each time, I managed to recover, except for the last time when unfortunately, I couldn’t avoid defeat.

Weapon Skills

  1. Giant Blade: This skill significantly boosts your damage, especially during the early stages of the game. It’s a powerful enhancement for your giant blade, making your attacks hit harder.
  2. Perfect Swing: With Perfect Swing, you get improvements in damage, width, and range. Waiting for the two seconds before swinging might feel a bit nerve-wracking, but the payoff is tremendous. The enhanced damage, wider reach, and extended range make it well worth the brief wait.
  3. Rampage: This skill amps up your damage even more. The beauty of Rampage is that you won’t miss hitting your targets when you unleash it across the entire screen. It ensures that your attacks are devastating and cover a wide area, making it an excellent choice for dealing with crowds of enemies.

Upgrades

Main/Damage
Choosing damage upgrades like Bulk Rounds and Whole Tree is great. They make your attacks stronger, especially later in the game when there are more enemies around. Piercing through enemies increases the damage even more.

Quick Draw and Ballistic Tip are good for making your attacks faster and reaching enemies from a distance. Multishot might be okay, but I skipped it to avoid reducing the damage.

Shield Barrier
Focus on getting Boost and Akimbo first. Boost increases your damage, and Akimbo helps you attack enemies all around you. Flare is useful later for safety.

Shrapnel
Pick everything except Death Row. Doom and Calamity give big boosts to damage and range, and you can replenish them with each swing. Shrapnel is excellent for dealing area-of-effect damage as it gets stronger with the damage and range you’re building.

Wildfire
Most of these upgrades are good for causing damage in a large area. Even with limited upgrades, it felt powerful, and more upgrades would make it even better.

Electricity
Chain lightning is enough for good damage. Shrapnel benefits from the lightning effect, providing nice additional damage.

Utility/Safety
Concealed Fatigue is a great damage boost in the bottom row. Avoid the top row as it doesn’t work well with the shield flare from Shield Barrier.

Gleam’s entire tree is helpful. Flash Freeze is fantastic for safety, especially when you need a moment before swinging. The freeze gives you that time, and the rest of the upgrades make the frozen area larger.

Slowed Projectiles
Focus on Bottleneck and Meet your Maker. These upgrades boost your damage and make it easier to avoid enemy projectiles, ensuring you don’t lose your shield.

Spotlight
Stick to the bottom row only. Radar freeze is excellent for safety, giving you time before you swing.

Swiftness
Invest in the entire tree. The experience engine and charge are beneficial. Waiting an extra second for charge boosts your run and gun, providing a good damage boost and an escape option when needed.
