Every game of Concrete Jungle starts with a twelve card starter deck which you can customize. As you gain experience, new starter cards will be unlocked for you to choose from. This guide is intended to be a quick reference for those cards.

Change Log

Reference current as of Concrete Jungle Patch 1.1.9.

Your First Deck

Laney’s initial starter deck is the following:
  • Houses x4
  • Shop x2
  • Supermarket x1
  • Restaurant x1
  • Factory x2
  • Green x2

Score 3+ points to clear a column while earning economic points to get better cards before the expenditure threshold goes up too high. Clearing multiple columns together gives you a bonus multiplier to your score. Managing the red squares will be key, which will require you to place your scoring houses in different rows for each column.

Alternatively, if you would like to use a deck with a repeatable row-based pattern, I might recommend using something like the following level zero deck instead:
  • Houses x4
  • Car Wash x2
  • Factory x2
  • Brewery x2 (replace with Wholesaler x2 when available)
  • Green x2

This deck has more industry than the default deck which will allow you to get purchase points faster. It also has an easier to execute pattern based on consistent rows: Reserve the top two rows for industry and separate them from your houses with a row of Greens as a buffer. Then, score points in the bottom four rows with a Green->, House, <- Car Wash ->, House setup. As you earn economic points for purchases, shape the deck as you wish. Over the course of finishing different runs for experience, you will unlock more starter cards to choose from.
