After restarting the game, the rail blueprint disappeared from my inventory and the other bar, which seems like a bug. However, when I reloaded the game, the rail blueprint reappeared, but the third blueprint was still missing. Fortunately, I was able to solve the problem by dragging the blueprint from the blueprint section to my inventory bar.
