I have done several research projects to unlock new technologies in the game. After saving my progress and reloading, I encountered a problem where certain researched technologies were locked again. Initially, talking to Ash somehow resolved the problem. However, when I exited the game after saving, the same research was locked again. Despite trying to talk to all characters, the problem persisted.
Is this some kind of bug?

To resolve this issue, you can make a temporary adjustment by contacting the “Research Site Level 2” (or other applicable research mechanism).
