Hey there, everyone! 😊 Here’s another update, this is one is kind of huge and influences a lot of second part of the game that was previously a bit empty. The achievements have also been reimplemented, and there were a ton of bug fixes. Here’s the full devlog:
Additions:
- Fixed old achievements and introduced new ones.
- Added a ton of accessories that influence gameplay and player stats
- Added 3 new spells: Bed of Thorns, Blizzard, and Bubbles
- Introduced new armor set: Nomad Set.
- Implemented frostbite status effect for both player and enemies.
- Added mana tonic recipe into Arun Temple.
- Added Silk as an upgrade material that can be crafted from spiders.
- Included discount percentage attribute to ArmorBase class, enabling certain armors to offer discounts in shops.
- Added remaining weapon upgrades to provide progression options for players.
- Filled Arun Garden, Arun Temple, Snowy Maps, and Crystal Tower with additional content to enrich exploration.
- Refined ending dialogue to eliminate the requirement of traveling to the king’s castle.
- Improved tooltips for items descriptions
Bug Fixes and Improvements:
- Fixed critical bug where we could not progress after defeating the Dragon in Snowy Mountains
- Improved resilience of save game functionality by handling the loading of nonexistent items gracefully.* Fixed a bug where enemy AI was choosing multiple attack actions during chase sequences.
- Fixed enemy sight raycast issue, ensuring correct directionality for detection.
- Adjusted drop rates in Midnight Omen Boss Fight to guarantee a 100% drop rate for the key.
- Addressed drop loot inconsistency in Duo Boss Fight and ensured Balbino drops loot besides 100 Coins.
- Corrected drop loot behavior in Duo Boss Fight to ensure all loot is dropped reliably.
