God I love zero ground clearance and unreasonable amounts of camber

What is “stance culture?”

Stance culture is the emphasis on lowering your car and perfecting the fitment of your wheels. If you look up stanced cars on google, you’ll see cars with barely any clearance to the ground with their wheels tilted inwards at extreme angles. (This is called negative camber.)

A stanced Nissan Silvia S15.

Limitations of BeamNG

BeamNG does not allow for extreme angles of camber, however you can get a desirable amount nontheless.

BeamNG also does not allow for an extreme amount of lowering on your suspension, however there are mods that fix this issue.

BeamNG doesn’t allow for extreme amounts of wheel offset.

Modding

Here are some mods you’ll definitely want to install:

Wheels
  • D-Troxx Wheel Pack
  • D-Troxx Stretched Tyre Add-On
  • Machine’s Wheel Pack
  • Project 2-Piece
Cars
  • Ibishu Saga
  • ETK 800 Sedan/Liftback
  • 1988 Pessima Wagon
  • AW Astro
  • 89′ Pessima 2-Door Wagon
  • JDM D1 Pessima
  • Hirochi Sunburst 5-Door Hatchback\
  • Ibishu JBX-100
Packs

To find packs for cars, just search packs or the car name. For example, for the Miramar you can find the “Miramar 710 Twin Halos” which is an awesome headlight mod for another Miramar mod called “Ibishu Miramar 690/710 Coupe.”

Suspension

There are lots of air-ride/static mods out there but they really aren’t needed unless you want them.

Stance a Car

I will be personally using the ETK I-Series for this guide.

Before:

After:

Mods I will be using:

  • Project 2-Piece
  • D-Troxx Wheel Pack

Steps:

  • Make sure you have Race Coilovers are both the front and rear suspension so you can adjust ride height
  • Select wheels, make sure they’re wide usually 9+ works, in this case I’m using [16-18] ZT-55 with the 17×10 configuration using 165/45R17 Stretched Tires on both ends.
  • After this, do all of your cosmetic/performance work. There are loads of mods out there to increase your arsenal of aftermarket parts for all BeamNG cars.
  • Color your car (or wheels if it supports it)
  • Go to the tuning tab
  • Scroll until you find Suspension
  • These are my suspension settings, this will make your suspension static, and slam the car as far as it will go un-modded.
  • Depending on if you widened your car or not with a bodykit, the wheels may not be correctly fitted.
  • You can adjust the Camber and the Wheel Offset in the tuning tab to fit your wheels.
  • Here are my tuning settings and results.
  • After that all your suspension work is done, and you can fine tune to your liking.
