BDSM: Big Drunk Satanic Massacre Achievements Guide (100% Unlocked)

The purpose of this guide is to be able to obtain all achievements in a single run, i’ve listed all achievements in the order they can be obtained. BDSM has no difficulty related achievements so feel free to play it in the easiest one.

General

The following achievements can be completed at any time once the appropriate weapon and/or skill is available. Most if not all of them can be obtained simply by playing the game.

For “Fan” all you have to do is play the game for 3 hours but apparently simply having the game opened doesn’t count, you need to perform actions such as movement, attacking, etc. You’ll likely obtain it naturally as you play.

There are 3 achievements in this game related to maxing abilities: Armed to the teeth, Healthy as a Demon, and Bartender. If you want these three abilities to be maxed in a single playthrough DON’T raise the rage ability, there’s no achievement related to it.

“Phoenix” requires you to buy the ability and then die for it to trigger (the chance of triggering is not 100%). Once you die and it triggers you’ll get it.

For “Teetotaler” you simply need to finish one level without using bottles, if you play the game with the easiest difficulty you can complete this in the first level.

Fart of destiny
Defeat 30 enemies with dash

Sheriff
Defeat 50 enemies with a revolver.

Redneck
Defeat 50 enemies with a shotgun.

For mother Russia
Defeat 100 enemies with AK 47.

Burst out laughing
Blow up 5 enemies with one grenade (AK 47 alt attack).

Gunner
Defeat 100 enemies with a bazooka shot.

Dracarys
Defeat 100 enemies with Soulgun.

Destrusctor
Defeat 100 enemies with BFG.

Psychopath
Use rage 20 times.

Reaper
Defeat 15 enemies in 3 seconds. Can be easily obtained while in rage mode.

Big Bada Boom
Blow up 50 barrels.

Demoman
Defeat 10 enemies by blasting a barrel.

Vandal
Blow up 20 vending machines.

Summoner
Summon 20 imps with magic.

Lazy commander
Defeat 30 enemies with minions.

Bad guide
Defeat 30 tourists.

Healthy food
Defeat 100 burgers.

Butcher
Defeat 500 enemies.

Fan
Spend 3 hours fighting.

Off the hinges
Open 20 doors.

Greedy-pants
Collect 100.000 coins.

Teetotaler
Don’t use bottles during one level.

Swanky
Spend 100 grand.

Shopaholic
Buy 5 abilities in store.

Phoenix
Rise from the dead.

Armed to the teeth
Max out the ammo bar.

Healthy as a Demon
Max out your HP bar.

Bartender
Max out the bottle bar.

Chapter 0 – Whiskey of Doom

Brazen Bull Bar

The area you start in, before leaving make sure to talk to Succubus Gremist near the exit, approach her and choose dialogue #3, complete the minigame and exit the area.

Chapter 1 – Fresh Meat

Slaughterhouse

In this level you’ll encounter your first quest, there is an achievement related to completing all quests in the game so make sure to do them all. Quest starters and objectives appear on the map as an “?” icon so they can be easily located. I will list them in this guide nonetheless.

This first quest is related to freeing 5 imps in cages, simply talk to Jimbo (quest starter), find all the imps and the quest will complete automatically, no need to turn it in.

Hero
Complete “Save our bones” quest.

Near the end of the level, you will find an Imp by the name of Brad asking you to “rescue” the Succubus Angelica, go and talk to her, select dialog choice #2 and complete the minigame, talk to her again and select the following dialog choices in order: #2 > #1 > #2, go back to Brad and select dialog choice #1, kill him, go back to Angelica and select dialog choice #1.

Game over
The ending: LOU marries Angelica.

Well done!
Solve the game, any ending.

Press “Continue” from the main menu.

Go to Brad and accept the quest again, go to Angelica and talk to her, select dialog choice #2 and complete the minigame, talk to her again and select the following dialog choices in order: #2 > #3, go back to Brad and select dialog choice #2, kill him, go back to Angelica to complete the quest and get a +1 upgrade point. Remember not to increase the Rage ability.

Love is Blind
Complete “Love is Blind” quest.

Kitchen

You’ll only find one quest in this level, talk to Ricky in the kitchen and collect the three ingredients he asks, turn them in and after dealing with all the enemies complete the quest.

Hell’s cook
Complete “Steak from Hell” quest.

Boss Behemoth

Just defeat him, he’s the only enemy in this level.

I’m not your food!
Defeat Behemoth.

Elevator

Nothing of note here. Elevator ride filled with enemies, at the end you’ll arrive at Big Wac Restaurant.

Big Wac Restaurant

Halfway through the level, you’ll encounter Succubus Cindy, talk to her and select dialog choice #1 followed by #2, her quest requires you to activate some new boob switches in the map, simply backtrack and activate them all, after activating them go to the beginning of the level (the elevator) and activate the boob switch there, it will summon a boss, kill him and go back to Cindy, complete the minigame and then finish the quest.

There is no specific achievement related to this quest but it does count towards the “Satan’s little helper” achievement which requires you to complete all the quests in the game.

Chapter 2 – Bloody Tacos

Baja Inferno

As you advance you’ll encounter Succubus Conchita and her “husband”, the skull Mort, talk to her and select the dialog choice #1 followed by dialog choice #2, complete the minigame then dialog choice #3.

Alpha male
Complete the quest with Mort’s girlfriend.

El Roico

Keep advancing until you encounter the next boss: “El Roico”.

Bad Music
Defeat El Roico

Upper Ado Juan

Nothing of note here, keep advancing.

Nerdomancer

Defeat the boss “Nerdomancer”.

Rest in peace
Defeat Nerdomancer.

Chapter 3 – Salami of Pain

Brazen Bull Bar

Nothing of note here, keep advancing.

Here you’ll encounter the pony OilyDew, talk to her and go with dialog choice #2, complete her quest which requires you to defeat an enemy, collect the requested item and deliver it to her, once again go with dialog choice #2 and complete the minigame. Finally talk to her for the last time and go with dialog choice #1, she’ll give you the Soulgun.

Metal Gear Pony
Complete Metal Gear Pony quest.

Purple Rapture Strip Club

You’ll encounter two Succubus in this map, Succubus Dr. Salama and Succubus Gremist (again). Salama can be found near the beginning of the map to the left, talk to her and complete her minigame. Gremist can be found near the end of the level to the right, talk to her and complete her minigame.

Magic Cock
Complete Soldier of Fate the Infector quest.

Black Overlord’s Dungeon

In here you’ll meet Succubus Miss Hurley at the end of the level on the left, talk to her and select dialog choice #2, the answers for her Quiz are the following:

Quiz #1: Bondage, Discipline, and Sadomasochism
Quiz #2: 5 Inches
Quiz #3: Genghis Khan
Quiz #4: A pig

Upon successfully giving the correct answer 4 times, she’ll give you a choice, go for a fifth quiz question or end it there, go for the fifth one. It’s answer is this:

Quiz #5: Santa Clause has a big sack because he only comes once a year.

Afterwards complete the minigame.

Apprentice
Complete Back to School quest.

Black Overlord

Defeat the boss “Black Overlord”.

50 Shades of Black
Defeat Black Overlord.

After defeating him you’ll be stopped by “Not Hitler”, answer him however you like and advance to the next chapter.

Chapter 4 – Burgers of Fury

Liberty Park

Nothing of note here. Keep advancing.

Burgerland

Here you’ll encounter the pony Elmira Peppercorn near the end of the level, talk to her and choose dialog choice #3, complete the minigame. Talk to her again and now choose the following dialog choices: #1 > #1 > #1.

This is the final quest in the game so if you did them all you’ll obtain the “Satan’s little helper” achievement.

15 minutes of fame
Complete the Interview quest.

Satan’s little helper
Complete all quests

Big Wac

Talk to Big Wac and go with dialog choice #2.

Deal with the devil
The ending: LOU agrees to Big Wac’s proposal

Press “Continue” from the main menu.

Talk to Big Wac again and go with dialog choice #1, chase after him and kill him.

Daddy’s back in town
Defeat Big Wac.

Once he dies a final dialog will appear, choose “Gabe Newell” as your dialog choice to access the secret “Lord of Vapor” level.

Final words

With this all 45 achievements in the game have been obtained in a single playthrough.

Completing the game should take between 3 to 5 hours but if you somehow completed it in under 3 and have yet to receive the “Fan” achievement, then you can start another playthrough and just play until it triggers, the playtime this achievement needs doesn’t have to be done in just one playthrough, playtime in multiple games count so don’t worry if you finished the game and it hasn’t triggered yet. Just keep playing.
