To restore full health in BattleBit Remastered, simply using bandages won’t suffice. There are two main methods to prevent death and regain health after being shot.

How to Heal

The first approach involves using bandages. When players get hit and start bleeding, they can press the default key “3” on their keyboard to apply bandages. This action will halt the decline of their health but won’t increase it.

However, the true healing capability lies with the Medic class, distinguishing it from other first-person shooter games. Medics possess medkits that can fully restore a player’s health. By equipping their first-aid kits (default key “5”) and right-clicking on an injured teammate, Medics can initiate the healing process.

It takes a few seconds for the injured player to reach full health, so it’s important to request the teammate to remain stationary to avoid returning to battle while still wounded.

Medics can also use their healing kits to tend to their own injuries by pressing the left mouse button. Alternatively, they can drop medkits by pressing the “X” key. Once the medkit is on the ground, any friendly player on the team can approach it and restore their health without requiring further assistance from the Medic. Each player can carry a maximum of two medkits, and any previously dropped medkit can be retrieved.

Revived allies generally regain half of their maximum health. It is advisable for downed players to remain down until the Medic completes the healing process, except in cases where they are in a vulnerable position and under enemy fire.

It’s worth noting that bandages serve only to stop bleeding and revive incapacitated teammates. Medics start with 20 bandages, while other classes have a limited supply of 3 or 4.
